We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your event to guarantee your date. For peak wedding season (May–October) we suggest booking 2–3 months out. Rush bookings under 30 days are available for an additional fee.
Unlimited. Every guest at your event can scan, snap, and receive their own magnet. There is no per-guest cap — it's all included in the flat rate.
Typically 2–4 minutes from scan to finished magnet in hand. Our on-site team handles everything — guests just scan, take their photo, and pick up their magnet from the display board.
Each magnet is a 2×2 inch premium button-pressed photo magnet with a glossy finish. It's substantial and high quality — not a thin fridge magnet. Guests consistently hold them up and show them off before they even leave the event.
Yes. We create a custom frame design with your names, event date, and colors and send it to you for approval before the event. You can request revisions until it's exactly right.
Forever. Your gallery is hosted for life — it never expires and never gets deleted. As the host, you can log in at any time to add photos, videos, or messages to the album.
We serve events in our local area. If you're unsure whether your venue is within our range, reach out at [email protected] and we'll let you know.
Cancellations 30 or more days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations under 30 days are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date subject to availability — just let us know at least 14 days in advance.
